Travel with a cause to Peru
Get ready to have a cultural encounter with incredible people in a community in the mystical Sacred Valley of Peru. You will become a member of a local family of Quechua origin, they will accommodate you in their cabins next to the lake and they will share with you about their culture and traditions, you will explore the Andes of Peru and you will become one of the Huamán family. During your volunteering you will be carrying out day-to-day activities of a traditional Peruvian family and getting to know the places around you by supporting sporadic construction and agriculture activities. These days you will be visiting surprising places, with all types of climates and vegetation. You will get to know the city of Cusco and its historic center, and then embark on different hikes with incredible panoramas such as the Mountain of 7 Colors, the Sacred Valley of the Incas, and the famous Salkantay Trek to Machu Picchu.
