Lead the group. Live the trip.

A W&W coordinator turns a group of strangers into travel companions, handling the logistics, transfers, and meals so everyone else can just enjoy the ride. It's a volunteer ambassador role, built for frequent travelers ready to take the lead.

Why become a W&W Coordinator?

A W&W Coordinator is an experienced traveler who does something else entirely in their day-to-day life, but who spends their free time or vacations leading our groups to amazing destinations around the world.

To become a Coordinator, you must: be over 22 years old, speak good English, have traveled extensively, and be a highly organized, empathetic person.

The coordinator's journey

  • Before departure: we assign you to the trip and, 15–30 days before departure, you create the WhatsApp group with trip info and extra activities. You'll have a video call beforehand to get to know the group.
  • On the ground: you handle the logistics: check-in at lodgings, on-time transfers, and making sure everyone has the best possible time.
  • After returning: you stay in touch with your travel companions and, if you like, organize a reunion to see each other again.
