Why become a W&W Coordinator?
A W&W Coordinator is an experienced traveler who does something else entirely in their day-to-day life, but who spends their free time or vacations leading our groups to amazing destinations around the world.
To become a Coordinator, you must: be over 22 years old, speak good English, have traveled extensively, and be a highly organized, empathetic person.
The coordinator's journey
- Before departure: we assign you to the trip and, 15–30 days before departure, you create the WhatsApp group with trip info and extra activities. You'll have a video call beforehand to get to know the group.
- On the ground: you handle the logistics: check-in at lodgings, on-time transfers, and making sure everyone has the best possible time.
- After returning: you stay in touch with your travel companions and, if you like, organize a reunion to see each other again.
