Costa Rica is a small country with enormous energy: active volcanoes, tropical rainforests, Pacific beaches, and that “Pura Vida” spirit you only understand once you live it. This trip takes it all in on the move: ten days of waves, training, nature, and a healthy dose of adrenaline.
We start in Tamarindo, on the Guanacaste coast, with surf lessons, fitness and wellness sessions, and Pacific sunsets. Then we trade the beach for the jungle and volcanic landscapes of La Fortuna: ziplines, ATVs, waterfalls, and hot springs. We close with a morning of rafting before heading back to San José. Days to move, challenge yourself, and disconnect from your routine.
Welcome to Costa Rica! Once we land in San José, we transfer to the hotel to check in and rest after the flight. It will be a calm first night to meet the group, recharge, and get ready for the days of surf, fitness, nature, and adventure ahead.
We leave the city behind and head to the Pacific coast: Tamarindo awaits! After settling in, we'll have our first mobility & stretching session by the sea at sunset, perfect for waking the body up after the trip. We'll close the day on the beach with a Welcome Dinner to get to know each other, connect as a group, and toast to everything ahead.
We officially kick off our fitness trip with a functional training session on the beach, followed by breakfast to refuel. Then it's time to get in the water for our first surf lesson: we'll learn the basics and look for our first waves. Part of the afternoon is free to enjoy Tamarindo, and we finish with a recovery session focused on mobility, stretching, and muscle recovery.
Today we turn up the intensity. We start with another surf session to keep improving our technique and feel more comfortable in the water. Later we swap the ocean for a CrossFit / functional training session at a local box. After an intense day, we finish just as we should: sunset yoga, breathing, stretching, and watching the sun set over the Pacific.
A day entirely dedicated to the ocean. We start with our last surf session, putting into practice everything we've learned over the past few days. Afterward, anyone who wants to can go snorkeling to discover another side of the Guanacaste coast, in a much more relaxed experience in the water (additional activity, not initially included). It will be our last big day in Tamarindo before we trade beach for jungle.
Our last morning by the Pacific. We wake up early for our Morning Run, running together along the beach before breakfast. Then we say goodbye to Tamarindo and start the road trip to La Fortuna, where the landscape changes completely: tropical rainforest, mountains, and the imposing Arenal Volcano will be the backdrop for the second part of our adventure.
Today we trade training for adrenaline. We'll fly through the treetops on a zipline circuit over the La Fortuna rainforest, surrounded by some of Costa Rica's most spectacular scenery. After several days of physical activity, the afternoon is for recovery: we'll end soaking in La Fortuna's famous volcanic hot springs.
One of the most adventurous days of the trip. We'll hop on ATVs to ride trails surrounded by nature and discover the wildest side of La Fortuna. Then we'll visit the spectacular La Fortuna Waterfall, descending to its base to take in the scenery and cool off after the adventure. A day of earth, jungle, water, and plenty of adrenaline.
We finish the adventure with everything we've got. A morning of rafting awaits, paddling as a team through rapids and tropical scenery to close out the trip with one last dose of adrenaline. After the activity we'll head back to San José, where we'll spend our last night together and celebrate everything we've experienced over these days.
The end of the Costa Rica adventure. With memories of volcanoes, beaches, and rainforests, it's time to say goodbye to this vibrant country that leaves a mark on every visitor.

Be between 25 and 45 years old, with valid travel documentation (a passport valid for at least 6 months from your entry date into the country). We'll guide you if you need to arrange a visa.
You don't need to be a surfer: the first surf lesson starts from the basics. The trip combines fitness sessions with free time and recovery sessions. If you have questions about the level of the activities, message us on WhatsApp and we'll guide you.
Day 5 snorkeling is an additional activity, not initially included: anyone who wants to can join. In the “What's included?” section you'll find the full detail of what is covered.
This departure has a minimum of 4 travelers. As soon as the minimum is reached the trip is confirmed, and our team follows up with you and helps you prepare before departure.
